• Login to SPARC Media Hub using your favourite browser
• Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Client Management" from the submenu. (If you do not see Client Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select View All Clients 
• Find the client whose profile you'd like to see
• Click the blue View Profile Button.(If you do not see a blue View Profile button, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• In the tabbed section of this screen click "Proposals" on the far right

• Start by giving your proposal a name. This is the name that will be displayed in SPARC Media Hub going forward. 
• Click "Choose File"
• Locate your client's proposal on your computer
• Click the green Upload Proposal button
• You're done!
