This happens a lot and the answer every time is you're not entering the right password. It's okay, we all forget stuff from time to time and a password can be easy to forget. SPARC Media Hub makes it really easy to reset your password. 

• Head to www.sparcmediahub.com in your favorite web browser. This can be on a computer or mobile device.
• Click the Login button in the top right-hand corner
• Click the Lost Password button directly below the Email address field
• Enter your email
• You will be emailed a password reset link to create a new password
