Canada1. Any live mentions or sponsorship tags will be listed in the "Daily Assignments" section.
2. The small numbers in the far right of each mention will show you how many you need to read on the air during today's show.
Red means you've added the number you've been assigned. Anything in green displays how many you've added (left) and how many mentions remain for today (right).
3. Click on the client mention/sponsorship you'd like to read/log in SPARC.
4. This pop-up will show all the information about the mention.
5. The "Info" section tells you off-air information about the mention.
6. Script is what needs to be read on the air.
7. After you've read the script on the air, you can click "Add Execution" and SPARC will log an execution for the current date and time.
8. You can also change the date and time of any mention execution by selecting the date on the calendar.
9. If you need to change the time click on the clock button beneath the calendar.
10. Change the hour by clicking on the number on the left.
11. Change the minute by clicking on the number on the right.
12. Click to toggle AM & PM.
13. Click on Add Execution and SPARC will log the date and time you entered.
14. You can also click on View Full Details to see a log of any other executions of this mention.
15. All previous mention executions will be listed on the left-hand side.
16. You can also add executions from this same screen using the same instructions listed previously.
