• Select AdminCP from the left-hand menu (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Super Admin from the submenu. (If you do not see Super Admin, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Config System Settings (If you do not see Config System Settings, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• In the tabbed section at the top of the screen, click Prize Settings.

• Scroll down to the Send Waiver Email Body.

Before we create our waiver email body, let's learn more about the codes that can be used in your email. 

• (%winner_name%) Inserts the winner's name as it appears in the SPARC winner info field. 
• (%prize_name%) Inserts the prize giveaway name that is associated with the waiver being signed. 
• (%prize_tracker%) Inserts the name of the physical prize found in the Prize Tracker that is associated with the waiver being signed.
• (%station_name%) Inserts the name of the radio station associated with the prize giveaway. 
• (%waiver_link%) Inserts the unique waiver link for the winner to sign digitally. 

Once you're happy with your email body template, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Settings.
