If you'd like to create automatic "bounce back" messages to send to your texters' after they've texted you.

• Login to SPARC Media Hub using your favourite browser
• Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see "AdminCP", you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select "Super Admin" from the submenu. (If you do not see "Super Admin", you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select "Config System Settings"
• Select the “Texting Settings” tab at the top of the screen

To create a brand new bounce back message click Manage Bounce Backs. 

• Once you're on the bounce back screen click "New Bounce Back" in the top right-hand corner. 
• Give the bounce back a title and the message you'd like sent to your texters when they text your station. 
• Click "Create Bounce Back". 

To assign this bounce back message to a studio line back to head to Texting Settings.

• Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see "AdminCP", you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select "Super Admin" from the submenu. (If you do not see "Super Admin", you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select "Config System Settings"
• Select the “Texting Settings” tab at the top of the screen

• Under "Texting Bounce Back", using the dropdown next to the line you'd like to assign the bounce back to, select the message you'd like to send. 

• Then select how often you'd like to this message to be bounced back to texters using the Bounce Back Time Delay dropdown. 
• Click Save Settings and your bounce back will now be active.
