1. Click on AdminCP

2. Click on Winner Management

3. Click on Winner List

4. Locate the contest win you'd like to forfeit.

You can use the search box in the top right-hand corner of the winner list as well.

5. Click on Info & Media Files on the appropriate contest win.

6. On this page, click on Forfeit Winner

If you don't see "Forfeit Winner" you don't have sufficient permission. Contact your local SPARC admin.

7. You can leave any comments or note sin the "Note" section.

This isn't require so can be left blank.

8. Click on Yes, forfeit prize

9. You'll now see the status has changed to "Forfeited."

If a prize from the Prize Tracker was attached to this contest win, the prize will automatically be re-added to the number of available prizes.
