1. Click on AdminCP

2. Click on Winner Management

3. Click on Winner List

4. Locate the contest play you'd like to resend a waiver for and click on Info & Media Files

5. Click on the "Send Email" dropdown

6. Select "Send Waiver"

The exact same process is used for re-sending an eligibility form. Just select "Send Eligibility Form" instead.

7. The email widget on the right will pre-fill with all the waiver information.

If the winner has gone over your monetary threshold for taxation, they'll be prompted to complete a W9 form before filling out the release form/waiver.

8. Click on Send Email
