The Winner List is the master list of contest winners for all the stations in your building.

• Select AdminCP from the sidebar (If you do not see AdminCP, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Prize Management from the submenu.  (If you do not see Prize Management, you do not have sufficient permissions)
• Select Winner List (If you do not see Winner List, you do not have sufficient permissions)

By default the winner list is sorted by giveaway date with the most recent winner at the top. You can sort by Winner name, Contest Name, Giveaway Date or Additional Notes by clicking the title of each column.

You also have the ability to search the entire winner list by entering any keyword into the search bar in the top left-hand corner.

If you'd like to learn more about a winner or to edit their info click "Info & Media Files".

When it comes time for a winner to claim their prize, simply click "Claim Prize" on the winner list. To learn more about claiming prizes, click HERE

If the prize is not being picked up at your station you will see "View Pick Up Info".

If the prize is being shipped to the winner you will see “Ship Prize”.

If the prize is not ready for pick up you will be unable to claim the prize and "Prize Not Ready" will show on the prize info.

If a winner's name is greyed out that means that the winner is past the expiration date on the prize.

If you see "Winner in the last ## days" on a winner's information, it means that person has won within your prizing rule window.

If you see “This winner is listed on the ban list and has been flagged by promotions”, it means that person has been banned from winning prizes.

To see all of the claimed prizes click "Claimed Prizes" in the top right-hand corner.

This list will show you who gave out the prize, on what date/time and you can view the signature of the contest winner.
